The reason for the dimples, is because a little bit of UV light is bound to make it through the first layers, so the resin that pools around the supports cures through the layers. With a lot of small supports, you can block out the UV light through the layers and that will result in less dimples.
Of course, I'm always happy to help!
Hairs are always kinda tricky to print. If you make the supports on the initial layers thicker than the rest, the build-up of the model will be smoother.
I use 3 different thicknesses of supports: Initial layers, (0.4) general layers (0.35) and fine (0.2)
You can, however, turn these areas away from the build plate and the bumps will be gone from there, but you will still see them on the parts turned toward the build plate.
The bumpy texture isn't a result of too many supports, it's the supports being too thick, too long exposure, and the lift speed being too fast. It's hard to eliminate them entirely from your model, but a lot of small supports around these areas will help minimise the bumps.
