I'm hoping freelance picks up for me, literally got 1 comm this whole year 💀 its all but dried up ever since AI hit the scene

I did a Satsuki sketch that blew me up on Twitter that shot me up to 1500 followers, but since I didn't make drawing anime girls my whole thing I've consistently bled down to 1350 and only get 1-5 likes on stuff there

It's rough being someone who likes trying everything lol

Thats another thing that kills the consistency thing for me, a lot of followers want just that one thing from you and unfollow as soon as you experiment.

There's creators on IG that I've seen drawing/animating the same 2 OCs for like 8 years straight and thats so boring to me

Yeah props are one thing but if I had to rig and animate a mesh everyday I'd have a heart attack

Maybe the strat is being like that one guy who just animates the same totk Zelda model doing different tiktok trends lol

The consistent output really does kill me, so hard to post everyday. And some people say you actually need to post art twice a day

When it FUCKING clicks

Sort of Character Sheet of my original dungeons and dragons (2024) character, Naj'all Armgo, from house Barrison Del'Armgo. At the end of our game "The Wounds Once Made", he was punished by Lolth with the most dreadful of curses for a drow, to be turned into a Drider. Naj'all is a tall drow elf man, with long disheveled white hair, red eyes with black scleras and an ugly scar on his face. His jaw splits into two separate parts. His torso is attached to the bodyof a black-purplish spider with 8 spiky legs. In the top left of the image a portrait of his face, scowling at the viewer with an impassive expression. In the top right there are two Sava pieces he himself cut from onix stones. The Mother has toppled the Warrior. In the corner, a broken brooch from his former house from Menzoberranzan, Barrison Del'Armgo.
