Feels good to be focused, confident, and grateful! I've got a lot on my plate to coordinate (home and work) right now, and I've been going at it with Dan Campbell energy these last couple of weeks.

It's been a interesting 2.5 years since my Cardiomyopathy diagnosis. I dismissed many symptoms to anxiety as many women odten do. I'll never forget the awful feeling of distress.
