If your friends make fun of you for leaving early. Then they ain’t your friends because friends should care about your limits. You should never force yourself to be more socially active past your battery, some of us just ain’t that social and thats okay!

It is healthy to not only know your limits but to acknowledge them and not push yourself. Peacing out when your battery is empty can avoid turning a great night into an awful one that leaves you feeling exhausted and not wanting to engage socially again.

The biggest thing I’ve learned that i wish younger me knew.

Its okay to not be as socially active as others.
It’s okay to leave early if your social battery runs out. Give your love to friends, say your leaving for the evening etc. An peace out.

In the meantime pharmacy over the counter meds for migraines or severe headaches that can be effective when normal pain killers fail are sumatriptan and zolmitriptan. These Triptans when used in conjunction with ibuprofen work pretty well from personal experience.

If you are now getting frequent headaches or migraines and that wasn’t something that was happening before, that is a critical sign to see your GP ASAP.

There are many reasons that cause them and your gp can prescribe you meds to break them when they happen so you can get back to living :3
