Im so used to shonen/sports pacing that Frieren absolutely threw me for a loop. As I watched I was like "huh, this is nice, the pacing is super different but the premise is cool" and then days later I would be like washing dishes and it would hit me and I'd just stand there existentially.

I've been off tiktok for a bit now but the one thing that's brought me back and giving me life is the Paleoart community getting ahold of and analyzing all of the Monster Hunter Wilds monsters.

It’s an extremely wallet-friendly roguelike — every run you do benefits future runs for training your horses, and every girl has a unique story, goals, and events

So for my brain, that means it’s like crack.
