This agreement has been in HIS files for like a year. So. Instead of sending the invoice for a BACK END PAYMENT as requested, which would take me 30 secs to key in BTW, we've gotta wait for my boss to maybe check his email again on a Friday fricking afternoon.

At my day job, my boss just asked a Creative and his team for an invoice because the agreement is already in place. The response? The Creative's Atty demanded that we send him the agreement.
