Disabled people are going to die without SNAP benefits in the US. There's no sugar coating or glad handing here, it's just the truth. Black, Brown and Disabled people who cannot work and are reliant on these systems will be affected the most. So when you see a link for help click it.

There is no such thing as not having struggles.

They will always exist.

The question is about how we confront them - how we take care of ourselves when they come - how to minimise them.

Sharing your struggles has made me feel less alone, and has helped me to reshape my goals in a way that works with my autism instead of against it.

Your posts help me, I consider that success. There’s a lot of great coaches online, but your coach content has been the most helpful to me personally!

Nearly every time I share my own struggles on this platform or others I receive messages about how unprofessional it is.

How if I struggle, surely I must be a grifter and a fraud.
