Morning! I just published my first blog post. I’m used to writing reviews for movies and anime, but sharing my own opinions is new territory for me. It feels like a leap of faith, but I’m excited to put myself out there. If one person reads it and reflects like I do, it’ll be worth it!

ADHD-ers usually have an interest-based nervous system. Meaning that a task needs either novelty, urgency, competition or interest for them to be motivated or focused. Learning this and adapting boring, everyday tasks to fit into one of these categories can be life-changing.

I want so badly to enjoy mobile games but the ecosystem they occupy apparently forces them into being annoying to play unless you are constantly purchasing magical coins at bizarre denominations that I refuse to understand.
