I made chicken grillers for dinner. It’s a chicken breast that is stuffed with ham and cheese, just cheese, or ricotta and spinach, which is what I had. The whole thing is wrapped in bacon and roasted on a wire rack so the bacon all gets crispy.
Served with mashed potatoes and Harvard beets.
