Never really had a Coming Out. Most of my family still doesn't know explicitly. Figured out the ace thing in my late teens. Then the gender/trans thing my mid 20s w/ bi/pansexuality a year or so after that. Mid 30s now.

You‘re looking at a drawn pin wall, probably Usopps Pinwall judging by how it contains some notes and pictures of him and other crew memebers.
