Yesterday, the final day of the #WTO Ministerial Conference #WTOMC13AbuDhabi, South Africa ratified the 2022 (incomplete) #FisheriesSubsidies Agreement.

So the target of 110 by the conference was missed by 39.

92 WTO members still have not ratified it
