I created a fictional rival all-girl band for Gorillaz called The Alien Humanoids and 3 of them dated the guys

The idea of releasing my game and it getting an article written about it comparing it to a mix of 2 media properties a la "X meets Y" gives me the fear

Whether or not there's obvious inspirations and influences, I feel legally inclined to spray anyone who does that with the naughty water bottle
