One of my favourite things about requesting Chekhov is to watch how differently artists stylize the discoloration. Oh dear, he deserves to actually mean this smile.

Listen; I was simply wrapped up way too much in our current #RavnicaRenegades timeline. Because their "the observer" to "the healer" development is utterly dear to me. This version isn't quite there yet. Their current ingame self isn't quite there yet. But we're slowly reaching for the stars.

Clarification ✨

This is not about a valid: "Wish I could commission my character, but money is too tight this month."

This is about for example: "Artist wants 12€ for their Patreon or commission mimimi that's way too expensive."

Then go and search cheaper artists.
Most of them undercharge anyway.

Additionally: If you're publicly criticizing prices but manage to buy this service? You're obviously in the privileged position to be able to afford it. No matter if that's easy money for you, or if you've saved up and were able to finally set it as priority.

Your take is rancid ❤️ go touch grass.

1) We as a society forget that art is a luxury. You don't need to pay an artist's patreon to afford rent. You don't need to buy a commission to eat.

2) You know who needs to pay rent and food off art? The artist. It's a real job. You don't complain about your boss paying you a just salary, right?

New pet peeve unlocked: Publicly complaining about the prices artists are charging for their work ✨ just to buy their services anyway.

Especially if one still continues to mope about the payment afterwards, while being vocally happy with the results. Hypocrite.

Really just started calling Mercury --- Dust's adoptive parent, huh? I am actually eating glass about them.

Dust wasn't very creative with their superhero name and is going by "Stardust" once the suit is on. This is the first rough design of said outfit; very inspired by what their more or less adoptive father is wearing at times.

Whisk has a smirk on his lips, eyebrow is slightly narrowed to the middle, his eye is darting behind him to the side - it seems amused and giddy and up to something.
