I'm doing my best not to live by my anxiety, but when all you hear is severely bad news, it's extremely difficult. I often just think, "What's the point in participating in the world if there's no opportunities anymore?" Nothing prepares you for the world being on fire.

Let I can't drink anymore due to meds, but I never really gravitated to unless it was for social purposes. Like, fizzy drinks taste so much better than alcohol to me. It's very normalised to drink, and whilst I respect people's choices, I've just never really seen the appeal.
