It does feel completely bonkers. I got my first 2mm bamboo dpns yesterday (to work the heel) and I’m pretty sure at some point process is going to equal flailing about broken dpns. So tiny and bendy.

I’m working on the very first basic pair right now. Using them to get sizing for my small one’s feet before I do the knee high cat ones she is desperate for

I love your stitch marker and that yarn sounds ultra luxurious

Two sewn together panels of knitting that make the main outer panel and inner panel of a small bag. They’ve been laced together using leather strap.

Terrible photo. Rust colour is the inside and outside is grey. The bag is bigger than the pattern due to heavier yarn and bigger needles so I ran out of yarn to sew them together - I like the leather strap I’ve used though. It works. #baggu3 #knitting #handknit

It’s why I go to my local annual big yarn event alone. I can move through it at my own pace and hide in my car to settle in silence when I get overwhelmed. Yarn shows are so much fun but also just a LOT

Is the bending a feature or part of the mess… I’ve never seen a bendy reed but I’m trying for curious and hopeful… good luck.

It’s the little things. Always. My partner travels for work, and did so a lot more when we first got together, and he never ever fails to send a good morning and goodnight message. It seems so silly to other people, but to me that tiny thing means so much.
