I work for a healthcare company and today the regular newsletter showed up in my inbox. It had a section titled, "Busting Common Diet Myths":

MYTH: “Detox” diets are necessary.

FACT: The body naturally detoxifies through the liver and kidneys; balanced nutrition supports this process.

I don't understand how people don't listen to music while at the table. What do you all do, sit around and listen to each other eat? 😵‍💫

I don't play the piano, but you'd never know that by how I type when I am also listening to classical music.

I know that correlation isn't causation, but I can't help but notice my beard is much greyer than it used to be, and as a substitute teacher, I've been in more middle schools than any other grade level.
