They had some great ideas on it, merging the use a skill to advance and fallout pick a perk systems. But then made it too deep at 4 levels per skill. Most characters only make it lvl 50-100 and you need 323 lvls to unlock everything 😭

So much of bluesky is about the feeds you add and scroll. The built -in discover & following are fine but even discover pulls from feeds you've added

Two feeds I highly recommend are For You and Popular with Friends. Then a few feeds that pertain to your interests

Hah, Gemma IS a UC native & was a citizen when Lake Amata outpost was built. Her parents were diplomats & early members of the Sanctum Universum

But Jemison is big, many people live there even if she has Prime real estate. A few discounts, not quite famous enough to have her birthday celebrated 😆

It's one of those games you can live in for a long time, but while you remember the feeling you have to be ready to go back because it's a lot

After the next update and DLC I have a feeling more people will feel the urge to revisit

Whichever space game you prefer is great, goodness knows Mass Effect is in my top 5 series of all time too! Starfield is slower & more of a sandbox, but there's so much lore and a lot to discover when you look. Just remember Starfield is all about named locations and quests, not random planets

It's one of those things that isn't an 'an important' part of the game, but can be a lot of fun esp when you add outpost mods for more items. The only downside with the design, like with ships, is you need to use skill levels to unlock some things

I've played more Skyrim and several Fallout games more than Starfield, but it'll pass most of them soon tbh. Maybe this year! 😅

Did you play after the updates throughout the first year? Maps, mods, the Rev-8, and Shattered Space all added a lot. The next update is coming soonish--we should learn more about it this month 🤞 Once that comes out will be a good time to jump back in!

A lonely science and extraction outpost on Mimas orbiting Saturn. The landscape is cold and rocky, but there are resources to extract and experiments to run. Gemma and Sahima stand at the base of a helium 3 storage tank overlooking the buildings and the magnificent sight of Saturn rising. Taken in Starfield by Bethesda Game Studios.

Mining Post IV is a newer structure but shows wear already as a multi-shift crew works to extract copper, iron, and rare minerals. It has plenty of amenities though--here we see it at sunset, the end of a long day. At the far end of the buildings the Green Hornet, a light cruiser recognisable across the Settled Systems

Outposts Among the Stars | #Starfield 💫📸

I love Starfield more than most I know. But it's gorgeous, great combat, good stories, and I can BUILD ships and outposts in it! What more could a girl ask for? These are some of my favs #VPRepost #VPSupport

I know a lot of people would agree! Even though I've moved mostly digital there are some I'd love to have physical too

There's something special about holding physical art. I treasure my book collection, movie collection, pics & collectibles. Would be nice to still have a game collection too

I wish every single brand new videogame release also got a physical release and never digital only.

Good gameplay is obviously crucial, but I never understand it when people say story doesn't matter?

Story isn't just cutscenes - it's the motivation, worldbuilding, meaning. Strip that away and you'd likely be left with mechanics that exist in 20 other games already.

Oh, a lot of the best remakes make great games even better, though some in this thread started out messier. But for a game to be remade it often has to have a spark and people who love the original. FireRed and SoulSilver are both on my list too!
