That book is a great start. Depends on what you work with but use pwsh to automate your routine tasks. Check the pwsh gallery for modules that simplify your work or explore their code to learn. Working with APIs is easy in pwsh, with a documented API, you can quickly create scripts to save time.

Got it! That’s for sure, pwsh is faster than Windows PowerShell. I use Server Core, and most of the stuff I do doesn’t involve working with files, but you’re right, Linux might handle the overhead better.
