I've had too many people take any gift/free designs (because I also show how much I appreciate people by making a design).

If the individual had commissioned+added on art or even bought the character outright, I wouldn't be be this upset.

I was just informed that another person is doing this again with a raffle design they got for free. I'm not going to go after this person, nor am I going to rage and call out this person by name about it, but I am very upset/sad that someone is doing this again. - 2

This is not directed at friendships that still hold strong even after months of silence. Life happens and people get busy.

At the end of the day, if a person who claims to be your "friend" only comes to you when they need something—basically using you, contributing absolutely nothing, and not making an effort—they're not worth your time.
