This was my first hard candy batch in months. My special fruit punch blend with hibiscus ribbons for pink, plus blueberry-yuzu for the blue. Red baubles are rolled with black lime powder. Blue glass has an iridescent effect. #candy #seaglass

Latest project - Rock sugar crystals grown on cacao beans. These were pulled out two weeks early while the rest mature and set. Might keep the crystals small. They grind up the beans and make a sort of mouth-chocolate. #sugarart #crystalgrowing #candymaking
