It is also insane to allow unelected judges to stay in power for life. I get the argument of why, but the reasons against it far outweigh the pros. 20 year term limited to me makes more sense. Get new blood in there. Also, more justices in the SC
We Americans are pretty stupid. For 250 years we just assumed people in the most power positions in our country would just do the right thing so we didn't put in any real concrete ways to remove them or force them to be ethical. That is pretty fucking stupid if you ask me.
