Benge is young and has plenty of time. He only has 24 games in AAA and did not perform well. It's perfectly fine for him to get more reps and then come up. Tauchman has been a + WAR player for years now and gives professional at bats and has a great eye. No need to rush Benge with decent option.
My guess, is 0% chance of that happening. I'd put it at 50% chance that Benge makes the team.
