They can ship to India.

India has a big market of cheap mobile and laptops.

Moore's law is almost dead, I don't think ARM and Intel can move any further and make any significant speed improvement. RISC V need to reduce its costs. We need i5 or i7 processor speed at cheap rates.

I don't think RISC-V is moving slow. Catching up with Intel and ARM means they must go faster than them.
RISC-V has some interesting options for SBCs. There was a Kickstarter for a $20 RISC-V SBC (excluding tax and shipping).
2026 will be exciting for RISC-V.

โญ Transdisciplinary

Multiple disciplines merge with each other AND with non-academic knowledge (citizens, communities, practitioners, culture) to create entirely new ways of understanding and solving problems.

It shares common features with its sister concept, interdisciplinary, yet differs in that it additionally places emphasis on the participation of non-academic actors and practitioners in the process of knowledge production and problem solving.

I was trying to find a good term for the type of democracy Iโ€™m codifying in software.

I considered adhocracy, technocracy, functional democracy, and futarchy, but none of them fit the definition. So I coined the term interdisciplinary democracy.

Interdisciplinary

Many disciplines work TOGETHER, blending knowledge.
They integrate concepts, methods, and insights to create something new.

Multidisciplinary

Many disciplines work SIDE-BY-SIDE, but separately.
Each expert contributes from their own field, but integration is limited.

Interdisciplinary Democracy:

Specialized multidisciplinary teams, organized by function, manage the state and are elected by the people.

If India wants to be hardware capital, they must lead RISC V architecture like China.

I must write an article on RISC V.

Collectively, they describe a pattern: dominant companies donโ€™t give up control; they sophisticate it. They build it into the infrastructure in ways that are harder to challenge legally because theyโ€™re no longer explicit policyโ€”theyโ€™re โ€œtechnical requirements.โ€

Not sure when open-source RISC-V will compete with Intel and ARM.

They are moving at a turtleโ€™s pace.

We need lobby groups to push the government to fund open-source RISC-V.

What nonsense?

Means we can't install apps from F-Droid.

Do do that they have to give heavy commission to mobile hardware company, other wise they will all run forked version of android, because customer won't want it.

What we truly need is public-controlled money, or at least money governed by specialized groups with high social mobility โ€” not a system where a handful of representatives speak for a billion people while corporate interests absorb all the value that flows through the economy.

Inflation and demurrage are essentially the same mechanism โ€” both function as forms of taxation.
The difference is only in how theyโ€™re applied: one is implicit (inflation), the other explicit (demurrage).

In Nostr, โ€œmoving your dataโ€ effectively means setting up your own relay or moving to a new relay that stores your full history, because the relay is the unit of storage. Thereโ€™s no fine-grained user-level migration across relays; each relay stores posts independently.

25.11.2025 07:51 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 0    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

Yes, it decentralized but different design. Individual users can't run their own relay, its technical, cost money, further its for common use.

With PDS system you can move data from server to server, more control to the user.

But if want to move your data in nostr you move complete relays
