The past few weeks have been rough. I felt like my school community needed a lil bit of hope, so I had my students make this mural for the hallway.

I chose the font & the quote, but the kids did the rest! I put the letters up on the projector so they could trace the shape of them onto cardboard. 🧵

I did Shibori dyeing with my Visible Mending class, and I'm really proud of them! I ordered string backpacks to dye with the next batch of students after Spring Break
