Had a great time painting in Phoenix this weekend.

I’ve been painting some more and new earrings today based off of my art. I’m also preparing to be up in Phoenix at the @the_styles_shop_ this weekend. Catch me live painting on Grand for Futuristic Females along with several other cool artists and happenings.
A couple designs I worked on this week. The first one is my plan for an 8’x8’ mural I’ll be live painting in Phoenix on Grand during first Friday and I’m thinking about using the second design as a starting point for a 4’x4’ relief project for Solar Culture.

I added some new pieces to my “Altered Histories” series this past week. In this series I alter and rework historic works of art by celebrated male artists to highlight the underrepresentation of female artists throughout history. This piece is called “Transcend History.” 20”x24 mix media/acrylic.
