New satellite imagery confirms Ukraine’s strike on a Russian border outpost near Voloshyne, west of Armyansk, according to Crimean Wind Group. The barracks were completely destroyed, with one Russian serviceman killed and several wounded. Six Khivus-class hovercraft were also reportedly destroyed.

Multiple explosions were reported across occupied Crimea: a loud blast near the Belbek airbase in Bakhchysarai district, missile launches from the Hvardeyske area by Russian air defenses, and loud activity in Saky.

Chancellor Merz warned that the war in Ukraine could last much longer, stating, “We are trying to end it as soon as possible—but certainly not at the price of Ukraine’s capitulation.” He stressed that while the war could end tomorrow if Ukraine surrendered, that would only invite further aggression.

Russian local channels claim that Ukraine plans to continue UAV launches tonight targeting southern regions, specifically occupied Crimea, Sevastopol, Krasnodar Krai, and southern Rostov.
