12.07.2025 13:43 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Well, guess what happened? Despite appreciating the changes, it is difficult to envision what the revised paper would look like, so a fresh round of reviewing is required. π I think we should get rid of rebuttals without resubmissions. #UIST2025
09.07.2025 11:17 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Great start! π It looks like you're building a stacking mechanic (that's not the deck)? Interesting!
05.07.2025 09:49 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Do you find yourself coding similar stuff again & again to "just run this quick user study"? Florian has invested a lot of time and effort into engineering reusable components for (online) studies in #HCI. We've used & tested it across several recent projects. Now you can, too!π #EICS2025
26.06.2025 11:48 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0For #CHI we can submit a revised version after initial reviews. In contrast, it now feels bad to write a #UIST rebuttal without being able to directly show changes. I wonder if reviewers will feel the same way and if that reduces the chances of seriously engaging with rebuttals. π€

We also describe a broader design space. Do you have further ideas for touch gestures for LLMs?
π±How might mobile text UIs better integrate LLMs? We designed βspread-to-generateβ: Spreading fingers on a draft, bubbles show expected length, then get filled with generated words. This achieves continuous control UX despite LLM token streaming latency. #CHI2025 π
