At last in the village there are options for faster broadband. Looking at Uswitch some of the providers taking the p!$$ BT esp. Virgin seem the best for me so far, can replace EE and Sky (basic tv package) for Virgin with faster BB for less than both current package deals.

Yeah that’s my worry. They are targeting those they can then bring to their side with lies and using that to build anger in those gullible enough to believe them.

Long run today, 10 miles, prep for Cardiff Half. I always knew I run at pretty much one pace but this cadence chart shows how clear it is. In the past I did 2 Cardiff half’s in exactly the same time, 1:42, which did freak me out a little. 🤷

Good game and result for Cardiff today v Plymouth. Great mins applause for Sol too.
