3/ But it is a lot of work to completely rearrange how you live. My depression dug me into a hole for over 17 years, and I have only had glimpses of the surface. I hope that someday I fully crawl out, dust myself off, and show them that I did it; I didn't let myself die like they thought I would.

2/ That isn't to say that folks who look like me don't love themselves. I had just forgotten how I like to be loved. Taking care of me has been a gift I didn't know I needed or didn't know I wasn't doing fully. Taking my meds, brushing my teeth, and going to therapy. I am getting there.

1/ I have been working my ass off changing my behaviour and lifestyle with the help of the bariatric surgery program. I have been exercising often, and after two weeks, I am down 5 lbs. I still have some things to tweak and a long way to go, but I feel stronger and more compassionate towards myself.

It’s crazy to think about the crimes we’re going to learn about after this regime ends.

We’re already hearing about Watergate level crimes every week. Imagine what will come out after it’s over.

We’re going to need a full accounting of all that’s been done in violation of the constitution.

Reducing emissions without phasing out fossil fuels is like being full after a big restaurant meal and telling the waiter to keep delivering new dishes to the table with a promise that your kids and your neighbor who is not even at the table will pay the bill.
