Thanksgiving in my home means sticky rice duck confit stuffing. This is my tenth time making it but my first time sharing it to BlueSky - made it as a way for my sister (Celiac) to enjoy stuffing and it’s become a family favorite!

Duck brined for two days and it slow cooks tonight in duck fat, rosemary, and thyme… results to come shortly

Every time I make my own curry paste I'm always astonished that it takes way faster than I thought (I tell myself after 20 minutes of pounding lemongrass)

I went Sunday, it was so good!!!!
