When did I do that? I don't recall conflating Palestinians as a whole with Hamas. If I thought that I wouldn't have a Palestinian flag patch on my bag. Hamas is a danger to Palestinians too.

I am also not a fan of violence. But unfortunately sometimes violence is called for.

I was raised around guns and learned to shoot at a young age. So I am totally comfortable with guns.

There is a Reform synagogue here in Las Vegas that does a conversion class. It's a year long class.

Yea it's not an easy process. That's how it should be. If you aren't willing to take the time to study, then Judaism isn't for you.

Stop paying taxes that go to people on disability and retirement. Because who cares about the elderly and disabled right? If social security goes broke I lose my income. Being disabled and chronically ill I can't just go out and get a job.

I am well aware that Hamas is in Gaza. It was founded by Ahmed Yasin who was assassinated by the IDF with a hellfire missle. Which was incredibly messed up. The only reason to kill a wheelchair user with a missle is to scare people. That was an act of terrorism by the IDF.

On a similar note to you going to church. I am an observant Jew. On the Sabbath I avoid social media and current events. It's my day to unplug from the world. Now I am thinking about unplugging my internet on the Sabbath.

I am not justifying the atrocities being committed right now. I am simply arguing that bad actions by a government aren't reason enough for a country to stop existing. I think Palestine should be a country despite the actions of Hamas.
