Hey Hal, said guy. Omnibus closing was my former co-founders decision. We were equal partners. Him and a VC gave me the boot 6 months before he closed it, after I asked him to leave, and when he announced he was closing I tried to take it back. He refused and closed. Sweet is setup differently.
