Has anyone ever done a deep dive into the % of online political interference in #Eurovision? I had a look at various platforms and it’s just obscene. Hard to see any genuine reaction past bots and what also looks like increasingly paid for reaction vids. It was always there but now it’s taken over.

Reading isn’t just a ‘quiet, solo activity’ at primary school, it’s a shared experience that can see 30 children roaring with laughter, gripped by suspense and hanging onto a teacher’s every word as they read aloud to carpets full of little faces.

FWIW I think Starmer has done the right thing. Refuse offensive use of airbases. Accept defensive use of airbases since the entire thing is descending into a predictable shitshow. We all know the US has no plan and has broken international law, the best Starmer can do is try to prevent loss of life.

That’s exactly the same principles as now.
