There are usually veggie curries as an option. Like potato, chickpea, paneer,etc. I love paneer but its not everyone's fav. Korma type or curries tend to be the most mild and are easy starter curry since they are creamy. Tikka masala is a step up starter and can be spicy to some ppl.
