Roosevelt, Kennedy, Vanderbilt, Carnegie, Rockefeller, Morgan, Ford.
Those families have been in power much longer than the Castros and have not liberated a fly.
Debt isn’t just numbers on a balance sheet. It’s a leash: on individuals, on nations, on the future itself. Credit disguises control as opportunity, and freedom as obligation.
If we want liberation, we have to confront how debt is weaponized against us.

A Mamdani type candidate would win the next US election in a landslide, but the Democrats will work harder to prevent that than the Republicans. That's the sad truth.

Every collapse of a society begins with the ruling class convincing people that the present order is eternal.
Nothing is eternal. Not feudalism, not slavery, not capitalism. Everything ends.
The only question is: did the old society get replaced by a better one?
What’s more dangerous: a government that openly calls itself authoritarian, or one that insists it’s “free” while ruling through prisons, racism, police, propaganda, and debt?

Capitalism doesn’t just exploit workers, it disconnects us. Marx called it alienation, and in 2025 it shapes every part of life: work without meaning, rest without freedom, communities without connection.
My latest essay breaks it down:
