Reading www.bustle.com/life/maratho... and have some thoughts. The article makes a few valid points—the expenses, the time, etc is takes to train. But spouses are upset because they’re running vs drinking at a bar??
People are allowed to have passions that don’t include family or work.

I’m over a year alcohol-free. Does anyone find that the Dry January community groups are wild right now? I saw one today that said “my entire left arm is shaking uncontrollably what do I do?” Sir, you go to a doctor. Right now.
