In (most) game and architecture software, the ground/floor is XY with Z as height (at least that's what I was taught)

A lot of the really powerful parts of the Ability System requires C++ tho, so my usage is fairly simple (I work primarily in Blueprints)

I know Blender defaults all bones to Quaternion, which never behave the way I expect. Switching them to Euler might help? Also Richard Williams' Animators Survival Kit is a top-tier general anim ref
