That's my bill. Inspired by a close friend who was at a bar, had limited to drink and woke up alone in a hotel room that wasn't theirs, and clearly had been raped. People should always be in control of their drinks, that law ran counter to that. Also dumb law, I love getting rid of dumb rules/laws.

Tariffs jumped from under 3% to 18%. That’s a massive tax hike on working Americans.

OMG, in my quest to make NH "fun", I have tried to change these often pointless laws. We passed a tavern license bill that would have allowed for true bars, but the Senate President tabled it even though it had unanimous OTP recommendation from its committee. Some people are anti change, anti fun.
