This was a morning yoga practice, interrupted a few times by my oldest child stressing about getting ready for school 😅 I'm definitely awake now!

Today was a quick quad stretch. As always, my quads are super tight. I can't get into poses i used to be able to which is kinda a bummer. I know I'm gonna get back there though!

Today was "Finding Your Center". My stomach hurts already, so it wasn't the easiest, but I'm proud of me for pushing through.
