You can kinda see it here, where I drew lighter lines to help me visualize they’re wearing a shirt/bra.

This may sound a bit silly but I try to visualize two water balloons strapped together and hanging from the person’s neck. It helps to understand that their weight is going to sag not only down, but outwards and sideways as well (unless held by a shirt, arms lifted, resting on belly etc)
