i have these dumb little breakdowns/ptsd triggers i wanted to do something cool awesome today but here i am laying down because sounds are too bright and lights are too loud dawg this sucks ass balls. silly billy (me) just wants to be held and told they are safe or whatever

the arcadia graffiti i made is suppost to be Noodles (the robot) as gamecube colors, and me as the agender flag. but no one really reads alt text. people like to erase me as i come off as masculine or feminine whenever i get too emotional or stoic. its a harmful stereotype to every gender.

i appreciate my friends who are gentle with me. i enjoy being gentle, i enjoy being open and exposed if both parties reach that conclusion.

its just. hard. when. your brain is in survival mode. i want to heal so bad. but my body tenses up at the slightest microexpression.

i accidently cracked open a wall i did not want to crack recently. and the fear, its overwhelming. i cry so much. ive always been told im over-emotional. that i cry too much. my emotions feel too big and i feel too clingy. i dont feel i deserve to feel safe, i feel like too much for my peers.

still trying to get a proper diagnosis, but my intense feelings of unease and inability to "feel safe" after all my physical abuse RSD makes sense. a lot of sense. i get so scared and doomy whenever my friends dont react with the same "energy". forgivving my sick brain is hard. really hard
