rn i play a game with friends often (i'm pretty close to all 3 of them) and yet i get so so nervous to be in the calls we have even tho we have fun together and i know there's nothing for me to fear etc
and whenever we end the

nonverbal or dissociate and end up leaving the call without saying anything 💀 irl i would never have that problem it's so odd

whenever there are 3 people other than me in the call i start to feel a bit overwhelmed already
but if it's 4+ people other than me in like 10 minutes i'm guaranteed to either go

i wish i had the same ease i have with irl interaction but online. irl i can be in huge groups no problem. online i die when i'm not on a 1 on 1 call or with just 2 other people

but i fear like the size of this group is already too much for me hh
