I also worry for our industry here in my homeland too. Hoping it leaves more room for more variety in scottish indies like myself to finally take the spotlight.

IDK why I feel sort of strong on this. I want better for this industry. I fucking love this industry. I just wish it had the same sort of reciprocation for talents like us.

I'm thinking for next year I will start distancing myself from web hosting platforms such as wix and carrd and start getting my hands dirty with indie web again. Used to love designing websites to look a lot more personal.

OHHH so the results for monkey jam came out and Monkey catch placed 76th out of 126 entries this year. this is a huge win in my book. I'm developing a big patch so I can get the game on newgrounds. then its onto the final mini project of 2025 ❤️

nah where is the money being put towards in the pokemon company genuinley. I see them hiring all the time for merchindising but not supporting gamefreak with the tools to hire more staff or form a division for pokemon.
