Honestly I’m just not really using social media as a whole anymore. Most of my commissions come from my local community that I interact w thru telegram / irl. If Bluesky keeps going to shit I’m just gonna not use any platform. No more jumping ship I’m touching grass !!

Literally all they have to do is implement an incredibly basic feature that all other social media platforms have + step back on their moderation policies and this would be the perfect platform for me. But they actually refuse to do either. It’s super ridiculous haha

For the record I’m not going back to Twitter because I like Bluesky. I won’t go back to Twitter because it absolutely tanks my mental health and I think everyone on there is extremely annoying

I don’t think I’ll ever go back to Twitter regardless of how much I dislike bsky but damn it’s been like a year of me being on here and they still wont allow you to send photos to people you DM. So annoying when I’m trying to commission artists 🫩

For real. At this point if I see a beware and the person isn’t scamming or committing a real tangible crime I just scroll 🥴 i don’t know yall it’s not my business…..

I’m VP of my uni’s furry club + admin for a local furry event organization and there’s still plenty of drama but it’s not even remotely CLOSE to what happens casually on Twitter. Nobody treats each other the way that way. Im going to be sticking to bsky + irl spaces for that reason 😭😭

Especially people who go through your following in search for ‘problematic’ people. This is not fucking normal. If I saw somebody I know irl following Kanye wests instagram I would not assume they AGREE WITH EVERTYTHING Kanye west has ever done 😭😭😭 following somebody doesn’t mean you support them??

I AGREE WITH YOU SO MUCH. And the thing that bothers me the most about all of it is how fucking INSANE it is to non-furries. Like I am not a very online person, and way people are comfortable acting toward strangers online is seriously baffling for me. It’s completely inappropriate anywhere else.
