Optional Rule: Players can say 'There's no way ANYONE could have survived THAT!' to save an NPC from death, indicating they want the NPC to return. This does not oblige the GM to bring them back immediately. Comic panel shows shocked characters saying 'GOOD LORD!' and '*choke*'.

It’s with a heavy heart we abandon Frosthaven tonight after 65 plays and almost 2 years. We had a great time with it, but the latter-game complexity in missions and characters wore down our enthusiasm.

Got to be ‘Compile: Main 1’ - Feels like great game with a huge amount of 1v1 potential. Only two games under my belt but cannot wait to show it to more people and play again!

Enjoy! We’re a good 50 sessions in and it still feels fresh every time we play.

Nice! How did you find it?

Quick-fire game, 5 minutes max with 2-3 players, so it’s a great filler. Roll and move but with more thought behind the scenes than I first gave it credit for, which you pick up after just a few plays… Enough strategic depth for a night ender :)

Oof tough call - I’d say Harmonies is a current favourite for sure… but it changes every week!
