Sitting in the garden in the sun. Cup of tea. Listening to @leochadburn.bsky.social ‘s Primordial Pieces. Intermittently reading Yoshi Oida’s marvellous book The Invisible Actor. Very happy with this state of affairs.

I made a contact mic today! It’s ugly and has some problems for me to iron out in version 2, but hey! It plugs in, it makes a sound approximating what I expected, it doesn’t blow anything up. I’m calling this a win.
