On this #WorldMentalHealthDay I am reflecting on the past year, grateful that I sought help for my #mentalhealth.

Due to support from loved ones,friends,medication & therapy I can today relax,be kind to myself & sit in my fave Garden Centre, people watching & surrounded by pretty things.

I know! The first year the tree appeared in October Mr C thought that possibly she or her son were poorly & had to bring Christmas forward for sad reasons. But no, it has now happened for a good few years. The tree gets all litten up in front window & fairy lights outside 🤣🤣 Crazy woman!!

FB memory from last year - for the past few years a neighbour has put her Christmas tree up in early October. She lives with her adult son - not even can excused as 'for the children'. I'll keep you updated!
