8am appointment at the doctor's for a review of meds for my mental health. Pharmacy not yet open, so a quick 5 minute walk by the beach to while away the time.

Me & Mr C made the most of this morning's beautiful sunshine by going for a long walk around the perimeter of the Great Orme, Llandudno. The views never fail to take our breath away - absolutely stunning.

I very rarely travel by train, always by car. Today has been only the 4th time in my life I've done a train journey on my own, from N.Wales to Warrington. Sat next to a lady who got on at same station, chatted together all the way & shook hands & wished one another well as we departed.That was nice!

When did people start wearing pyjamas,dressing gown & slippers to do their supermarket shop? There was a woman & her big children all in their bed clothes in Asda this evening, strolling around shopping. It's like seeing loads of Wee Willie Winkies buying in food instead of running through the town.
