The original Japanese opening for Pokémon is great, not only because it's catchy and shows off a lot of marketing-ready monsters, but because it gives the world a sense of real scale. It focuses on the fact that you're just a ten-year-old kid on an incomparably huge journey.

Yeah, I'd heard about this. Another slight criticism I have of this game is perhaps they listened too much to feedback, because I think it went too far in the other direction. I still enjoyed it, though! :)

I finished PARANORMASIGHT: The Mermaid's Curse last night and I really enjoyed it. I think the story is better than the first game, though I missed the horror elements. The game design towards the end could've also been improved, though I appreciated what they were going for. Sweet game overall!

I don't think the Pokémon games are first party, but I was quite shocked to hear Pokopia uses download keys. I heard they've even sold out of copies in most stores o_o
