It is hard to conceive of a worse outcome for DKPD than arresting a community leader like Guevara. He is more than a journalist. This is like arresting Mr. Rogers. The man is legendary.

Cop City Is Born Protesters chanted that the Atlanta Public Safety Training Center would never be built. It opened today. The timing is pretty bad

Cop City is open for business, literally and figuratively.

Just in time for Trump to start sending ordinance to local police departments and to start arresting local lawmakers, per the executive order issued last night.

If and when everything goes to hell the training center will be in the middle.

Once it's clear that if you let ICE take you, it's a one-way ticket to a forced labor prison in El Salvador... people are going to stop going quietly.

Also, if some guys show up in an unmarked van claiming to be law enforcement but won't show a warrant or identify themselves, those are kidnappers.

What some men don't understand is that "you're going to die alone with cats" is not a threat. Aside from the fact that cats are nice, we were always going to die alone. Statistically speaking, we are likely to outlive you.
