Det interessante bliver hvis/når Corti, Noteless, Omilon kan give beslutningsstøtte live. Mener faktisk godt de kan allerede.

Bemærk studiet tester et meget kunstigt miljø, hvor alle relevante data fremlægges. Det er meget langt fra klinikken og understreger AI chasm og forskellig epistemiske kulturer i de to discipliner.

Den kliniske verden er fuld af støj og ustrukturerede data, fritekst, volapyk og forhindringer.

Ja studiet er sublimt. Viser at sundhedspersonalet skal undervises og oplæres i brugen, så vi kan udnytte og kombinere ChatGPT’s vilde diagnostiske evner med lægernes ekspertise IRL setting. Har også flere anekdotiske eksempler på at ChatGPT har fundet sjældne sygdomme som lægen havde overset.

Jeg har - som læge - en laaaaang liste over anvendelsesområder indenfor sundhed, hvor jeg (og flere kolleger) bruger LLMs. Jeg underviser fagfæller i det og har bl.a. skrevet en bog (Doktor Hansens nye praksis) om det med @drhejmadi.bsky.social.

Jeg skulle hilse og sige, at det var ikke modtagelsen blandt mange læger… Mange gav udtryk for, at de ikke kunne se nyhedsværdien.
